Beskidzki Raj Ski Slope Regulations

Regulation of the Beskidzki Raj Ski Slop

People wishing to use the ski lift are obliged to familiarize themselves with this regulation:

  1. The use of ski lifts and ski slopes takes place during the opening hours of the facility.
  2. Purchasing a ticket implies acceptance of this regulation. (The owner reserves the right to change the operating hours of the facility without giving a reason). Ticket price - 20 PLN / 1 hour.
  3. The ticket must be protected from damage. In case of damage, no refund will be given for its non-use.
  4. Each ticket is valid for only one person.
  5. Refund for an unused ticket will only be provided in the event of a ski lift stoppage exceeding one hour for technical reasons.
  6. Individuals at the Beskidzki Raj ski slope are responsible not only for their own behavior but also for the equipment they use for skiing and snowboarding. The use of the plate lift and conveyor belt, due to the nature of these activities, carries the risk of personal injury or damage to property. Users of the plate lift, conveyor belt, and ski slopes must ensure that their health allows for such physical effort and that they possess an adequate level of physical fitness.
  7. Skiers and snowboarders under the age of 16 are required to wear protective helmets while skiing.
  8. Children under 7 years of age may only use the ski lift under the direct supervision of an adult.
  9. Individuals under the influence of alcohol (over 0.5‰), narcotics, or psychotropic substances are strictly prohibited from using ski lifts and ski slopes. The ski resort staff may deny entry or order the evacuation of the organized skiing area to individuals whose behavior clearly indicates that they are under the influence of alcohol or a narcotic substance.
  10. Smoking is prohibited throughout the ski slope area.
  11. Taking dogs and other animals to organized ski areas is prohibited.
  12. Ski slopes are only accessible during the opening hours of the Beskidzki Raj ski slope.
  13. Access to ski slopes is only possible at designated locations.
  14. On ski slopes, pedestrian traffic, sledding, ski trikkle, and other items besides skis and snowboards are prohibited. Ski slopes are one-way and are intended for descent only.
  15. Bringing objects that endanger the safety of others onto the ski slope is prohibited.
  16. Motor vehicles are prohibited from entering the Beskidzki Raj ski slope area beyond the designated vehicle traffic and parking areas.
  17. Recording videos and taking photos by users is only allowed for private use. Beskidzki Raj ski slope is not responsible for the violation of personal rights associated with the public display of users' images by third parties.
  18. Any member of the Beskidzki Raj ski resort staff has the right to confiscate a ticket if the behavior of its holder is inappropriate, especially if their behavior poses a safety risk to other slope users.
  19. Ski training conducted by other ski schools or individuals not working for the Rajski Ski School on the Beskidzki Raj ski slope is prohibited without the consent of the management.
  20. Placing advertisements, flyers, or conducting any business activity on the Beskidzki Raj ski slope area without the consent of the management is prohibited.
  21. Users of the plate lift and conveyor belt must board and disembark only at designated locations, adapting to the rules of operation of these devices.
  22. If the ski lift or conveyor belt stops during the ride, remain calm and wait for it to restart or for instructions from the staff.
  23. Upon reaching the end of the slope, stand at the attachment point and wait for the plate.
  24. When using the plate lift, keep the poles in one hand, furthest from the plate. The pole strap should not be fastened to your wrist.
  25. Stay in the designated track.
  26. In case of falling on the ski slope, release the plate, get up, and immediately exit the slope.
  27. It is forbidden to fasten and unfasten on the slope.
  28. After reaching the disembarkation area, release the conveyor belt calmly and move in the indicated direction.
  29. It is prohibited to stop at the disembarkation point in a way that could hinder other users from disembarking.
  30. The conveyor belt may be stopped due to a malfunction, an incident on the slope, or adverse weather conditions. After the conveyor belt is stopped, wait for it to restart or follow the instructions of the staff.
  31. In case of tape breakage, it may begin to retract. In this case, exit onto the side pavement.
  32. Any possible irregularities such as uneven operation, excessive noise, or icy conveyor belt should be reported to the ski lift staff.
  33. In case of an accident or the need for first aid, immediately contact the ski lift staff, and individuals who caused the accident are obliged not to leave the scene of the accident until assistance is provided by a paramedic.

Rescue activities on the Beskidzki Raj ski slope are carried out by the Emergency Medical Service.

Individuals on the slope must give way to rescue teams.

Complaints should be directed to the facility manager within 7 days of the incident.

Anyone who violates the rules applicable on the Beskidzki Raj ski slope may be removed from the facility premises.
