We require a prepayment in order to confirm a reservation. We charge 30%-40% prepayment for the stay depend on choosen offer. Payment card is being charged on the reservation day (online payment system) or bank transfer.

Costless cancellation or reservation term change within 3 days before arrival. If reservation cancelled in a shorter term than 3 days prior to the arrival the prepayment is non-refundable. If cancellation is not reported or the guest present at the hotel, the hotel will charge the guest for the first night.
