**Prior reservation of treatments by email or phone before arrival is required. The hotel does not guarantee spots in the SPA if treatments are not reserved in advance
The condition of the reservation is a 40% deposit of the stay value.
The package is not available during Christmas, New Year's Eve, Easter, and other holidays and long weekends.
