Hotel Regulations

1. The regulations specifies Hotel duties, responsibilities, rules, and it is integral part of agreement sign by Guest on registration form and also pre-payment paid as a confirmation of the reservation at our Hotel and it means that Guest knowns and accepts condition of the regulations on his/her own behalf and on the persons accompanying him/her in the Hotel;

2. The reception desk staff are here to offer help, advice and information to our Guests;

3. The Hotel is obliged to register the stay of each Guest. Therefore, Guests are requested to present their identity documents;

4. Check in at our Hotel is from 3:00 p.m. and check out until 12:00 noon;

5. Guests are requested to keep silence after 10:00 p.m. till 7:00 a.m.;

6. Staying in the room after 12:00 noon is treated as a prolongation of your stay for another hotel night;

7. Due to the fact that check-out time is by 12:00 noon, any requests for prolonging the stay should be made until 10:00 a.m. The stay will be extended if possible;

8. Any visitors to our Guests are requested to leave hotel rooms by 10:00 p.m. Hotel Guests will be responsible for the conduct of their visitors;

9. Only the registered Guest or any person being in a different legal relation with the Hotel shall have a right to use the services of Beskidzki Raj***Medical SPA, including extra services included in the offer;

10. Parents or guardians are responsible for the safety of children during their stay in the Hotel;

11. Animals are strictly prohibited in the Hotel, the Wellness Zone, the restaurant and the bar unless the Hotel staff allows it;

12. Beskidzki Raj*** Hotel Medical SPA offers services according to its standard and class. In case of reservations concerning the quality of service, Guests are requested to notify the reception desk immediately so as to enable a prompt reaction of the Hotel;

13. Beskidzki Raj***  Hotel is obliged to guarantee:

  • conditions of full rest and comfortable stay for Guests;
  • safe stay, including the confidentiality of information about Guests;
  • professional and polite service in the range of all services rendered at the Hotel;
  • room cleaning and the necessary repair of devices during the Guest’s absence and in their presence only upon their wish;
  • effective technical service; in case of breakdowns which cannot be removed, the Hotel shall take
    all efforts to ensure the highest-level service for its Guest

14. Upon the request of Guests, Beskidzki Raj*** Hotel offers the following services free of charge:

  • providing information concerning the stay and travel;
  • wakeup call at a specific time;
  • depositing money and valuable objects during the Guest’s stay;
  • luggage storage; reception desk staff can refuse to keep luggage at a time different from the dates
    of the Guest’s stay or to accept objects which do not resemble hand luggage;
  • hire of an iron, hair dryer, etc.;

15. The liability of the Hotel for the loss or damage to valuable possessions, money, securities, objects of scientific or artistic value shall be limited if they are left at the reception desk for safekeeping in the deposit;

16. Beskidzki Raj*** Hotel Medical SPA shall not be held liable for damage or loss of a car or any other vehicle belonging to the Guest. The hotel’s car park is monitored but not guarded;

17. Cars, camper vans and trailers, which belongs to those who are not our hotel guests, are prohibited at the car park unless the hotel staff allows it;

18. The Guest is financially and legally responsible for any damage, destruction, pollution and the lack of equipment in the hotel room and any other places in the Hotel premises, caused by the Guest, the Guest’s children, or by persons accompanying or visiting or the Guest. The Guest is obliged to compensate for the damage by paying fine (contractual penalty);

19. The Hotel Guests are financially responsible for all impurities caused by them and will be charged of the full amount of cleaning and the price of the room if there will be necessity to keep the room empty for the time of cleaning and disinfection;

20. For the sake of fire safety, the use of radiators, irons or similar devices which do not constitute the room equipment is prohibited. This ban does not apply to chargers or power adaptors for audio-video or computer devices;

21. Smoking of tobacco products and e-cigarettes is strictly prohibited in the Hotel. Smoking is only allowed in the designated sites outside the building, near the entrance doors. In case of violating the above prohibition, the Hotel shall have a right to charge the Guest for the costs of removing smoke smell from the room) or for the intervention of services;

22. Personal possessions left at the hotel room by the departing Guest shall be sent to the specified address at the Guest’s expense. If not instructed, the Hotel shall keep these possessions for 30 days and then will give them to charity for public utility or shall destroy them;

23. It is forbidden to make any changes in the hotel room and its furnishing. It is forbidden the take any furniture and equipment outside the premises of the hotel room;

24. It is forbidden to bring and drink one’s own alcohol in the restaurant or the other facilities of the Hotel otherwise it may cause the Hotel will charge extra fee;

25. Beskidzki Raj*** Hotel Medical SPA reserves a right to refuse service if the Guest has violated any provision of these regulations, especially if the person make a disturbance, shows verbal or physical aggression,is under the influence of alcohol or drugs. The person may be requested to leave and will be bound to settle all payments to the Hotel for services they have used so far;

26. The Hotel has a right to refuse of selling alcohol or any services to person who is under influence of alcohol or drugs;

27. The Hotel has a right to refuse to extend a stay to the Guest in case of failure to make full payment for theexisting period of stay or in the case of failure to comply with the Hotel Regulations;

28. The Hotel has a right to refuse to accommodate a person, who during their previous stay hasn’t pay for the services or violated the Hotel’s rules;

29. The Guest takes full financial responsibility for using the services and using premises;

30. Each time before leaving the Hotel Guests are requested to switch off all electrical devices, close the windows and door and leave the key at the reception desk. When departing, the Guest should check if the door has been locked;

31. Early departures of the Guest for reasons beyond the control of the Hotel (illness of the Guest or persons accompanying him staying at the Hotel, illness in the family members or fortuitous events concerning the Guest forcing him to leave the Hotel early), doesn’t not entitle the Guest to receive a refund for the unused services;

32. Hotel Guest shall take material responsibility for lost key or card or Wellness Zone card.

Price list of the Hotel fines:

  • Lost key (manual) – 500 PLN
  • Lost key card – 25 PLN
  • Lost Wellness & SPA card – 25 PLN
  • Smoking in prohibited areas – 800 PLN
  • Arriving at the hotel with an animal without the permission – 800 PLN
  • Disturbing the peace at night – 1000 PLN
  • Cleaning up vomit or the physiological waste – 2000 PLN
  • Parking in the prohibited places – 500 PLN
  • Parking the prohibited vehicles in the hotel parking lot – 1000 PLN
